Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd Commended for Youth Development, Nation-Building Across Africa

Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd has been commended for its generous contributions to youth development and nation-building across Africa, following its support for the Social Innovation and Leadership Bootcamp (SILB) Africa held in Delta State.

Disclosing this in a media statement recently, the organizers noted that the commendation came from delegates representing Nigeria, Liberia, Uganda, Ghana, and Guinea, who participated in the week-long intensive leadership and governance training.

The programme convened over 150 young change-makers from Nigeria, Liberia, Ghana, Uganda, and Sierra Leone for a series of workshops, interactive sessions, and strategic engagements aimed at strengthening youth capacity in leadership, governance, innovation, and nation-building.

The Convener, Ambassador Elvis Akpobi, Executive Director of the NotTooYoungToLead Africa Initiative and Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Youth Mentoring and Development commended the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd, High Chief Keston Pondi, for his consistent support and human capital development efforts.

According to him in the statement, “High Chief Keston Pondi has invested heavily in creating safe and enabling spaces for young people. This commitment has not only strengthened development platforms like this but has also contributed to reducing crime and empowering youths across the Niger Delta region.”

He emphasized that the success of this year’s edition would not have been possible without Tantita’s intervention.

“This edition would not be a success without the support of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd. Their backing ensured that young Africans from different countries could gather, learn, and build the skills needed to drive progress in their communities,” Akpobi added.

Delegates across the participating countries also applauded Tantita Security Services for championing youth-oriented initiatives that foster collaboration, creativity, and positive transformation.

The statement further highlighted that the company’s involvement aligns with broader regional efforts to empower young people, promote innovation, and build a safer, more prosperous Niger Delta and African continent as a whole.

This commitment, organizers noted, reflects Tantita Security Services’ understanding that sustainable development is anchored in the active engagement and capacity building of the youth.

Beyond its direct contributions to youth empowerment, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd has consistently demonstrated leadership in corporate social responsibility, investing in programs that enhance community safety, education, and social development.

The company’s initiatives have not only impacted the Niger Delta region but have also set a benchmark for private sector engagement in fostering national growth and continental progress.

Tantita Security Services continues to be a driving force in shaping the next generation of African leaders, reinforcing its reputation as a catalyst for youth development and nation-building across the continent.
