Fly Connect Global Turns Nigerian Travel into a Platform for Growth, Leadership, and Exchange

In a market crowded with ticket vendors and visa-fix promises, Fly Connect Global is positioning mobility as a pathway for economic and leadership development rather than just migration.

Founded by travel management consultant and counselor Ajassi Michael Sunday and registered in Delaware and operating through a subsidiary, the company is building a system where travel serves education, business growth, cultural diplomacy, and ethical relocation, not escape.

Its first service pillar, Travel and Logistics, goes beyond traditional visa assistance. The company evaluates applicants’ real profiles before recommending suitable study, work, or travel routes, and then guides them through visa processes with accuracy and compliance.

Fly Connect Global also manages corporate mobility, booking flights, hotel stays, airport transfers, and executive travel arrangements for individuals and business delegations. Through airline systems and partnerships, the firm supports ticketing, group packages, and curated tours designed to showcase Africa while improving access for tourists, professionals, and organizations.

The second pillar, Business and Investment Facilitation, focuses on helping Nigerians access international markets through structured missions and delegations. Instead of informal networking, the company connects entrepreneurs with foreign counterparts, trade bodies, and expanding sectors across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Fly Connect Global also introduces diaspora investors to opportunities in African industries like real estate and agribusiness, and provides consulting for companies navigating regulations, market entry, and expansion risks.

The third service arm, Cultural and Political Exchange, opens doors that typical travel agencies do not engage. The company designs leadership mentorship tours linking young Nigerian talents with policymakers abroad. It facilitates academic exchange programs for research and cross-cultural learning and organizes faith and cultural diplomacy initiatives that highlight African identity within global institutions.

In partnership with ministries, embassies, chambers of commerce, and universities, Fly Connect Global supports political learning workshops, governance dialogues, and cultural immersion programs that help young leaders interact confidently with global systems.

For travel consultant and founder Ajassi Michael Sunday, the goal is not to push Nigerians abroad without direction. Instead, he says the challenge is replacing uncertainty with informed choices.

“There is too much guesswork around travel decisions,” he explained. “Someone sees a short video online and assumes the process is simple. Months later, they’re stuck. We want to replace confusion with clarity.”

By treating travel as a bridge for knowledge, investment, leadership, and cultural exchange, Fly Connect Global is not simply sending Nigerians to new borders. It is preparing them to cross those borders equipped to lead, collaborate, and make their impact felt, at home and abroad.
