Dogara Congratulates General Musa on Appointment as Defence Minister
Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Credit Guarantee Company Limited and former Speaker of the House of Representatives, has congratulated General Christopher Musa (Rtd) on his appointment as Nigeria’s Minister of Defence, describing it as a turning point in the nation’s quest for peace and stability.
Dogara commended General Musa’s distinguished service in the Nigerian Armed Forces, noting that his career has been defined by discipline, courage, and an unyielding devotion to the protection of Nigeria’s sovereignty. He said Musa’s appointment reflects the government’s determination to entrust the country’s defence architecture to leaders of proven competence and integrity.
