Rahma Mohammed Honoured Among Africa’s Global 100 Leaders in Rwanda

Hajiya Rahma Adam Mohammed, Chief Executive Officer of Amaryadotcom and Founder of HER360, has been named among Africa’s Global 100 Most Impactful Leaders by the Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation (PAYLEF).

The recognition was announced at the 2nd Global 100 Awards in Kigali, Rwanda. The award was received on her behalf by the Chief Operating Officer of Amaryadotcom, Summaya Mohammed.

The honour reflects the growing footprint of the Amaryadotcom Group and its women-focused initiatives, including HER360, Sahara Secrets, the Women Empowerment Network (WEN), and other programmes designed to promote wellness, leadership and socio-economic inclusion for women and girls across Nigeria.

HER360 has become one of the country’s most innovative women’s development platforms, offering a 360-degree model that merges beauty, wellness, identity, leadership and enterprise support.

The initiative also engages teenage girls through its annual MentHERship programme held during the United Nations International Women’s Day activities.

Analysts have described HER360 as the first Nigerian movement to integrate beauty, psychology, wellness, leadership and cultural heritage under a single framework.

While Rahma is credited as the architect behind the HER360 and Sahara Secrets brands, the organisation’s COO, Summaya Mohammed, has played a key role in strengthening the group’s nationwide impact.

PAYLEF, in its citation, described Rahma’s work as “a beacon of empowerment, innovation, and cultural intelligence transforming the lives of millions of women and girls.”

Her inclusion in the Global 100 list places the Amaryadotcom ecosystem on a continental platform and reinforces its position as a leading contributor to women’s wellness, leadership and social advancement in Africa.

Responding to the honour, Rahma said:“This award is not about me. It is about girls, women and womanhood. My confidence is that as HER360 rises, so do women; and as women rise, Africa will also rise and make the world a better place.”
