UVRG Holds 2025 Business Opportunity Training Conference in Lagos

The Ultimate Vibrant Realtors Group (UVRG) convened its annual Business Opportunity Training (BOT) conference on Saturday at the KICC Prayer Dome in Maryland, Lagos, drawing thousands of participants from various sectors, including real estate, business, and youth development.

The event, themed “The Takeover 2025,” featured a series of lectures and discussions focused on leadership, enterprise advancement and skills development. Organisers said the conference attracted more than 4,000 attendees.

Nigeria’s Special Envoy to Tanzania, Amb. Adeniran Michael Timothy, delivered one of the keynote addresses, speaking on innovation, global competitiveness and the need for young Nigerians to build capacity for international opportunities.

Leadership consultant Dr. Linus Okorie (MFR) led a session on strategic thinking and personal development, emphasising the role of intentional growth in career advancement.

A competitive segment anchored by social media personality Egungun of Lagos formed part of the day’s activities, with participants taking part in problem-solving tasks. Organisers awarded electronic devices and cash prizes to top performers.

The conference also brought together real estate developers, media figures and industry practitioners who discussed trends, investment prospects and evolving opportunities in Nigeria’s property market.

The annual training is part of its ongoing effort to expand professional development and strengthen capacity within the country’s real estate workforce.

Nigerian actor and filmmaker, Lateef Adedimeji also participated in the programme, offering remarks on discipline and the long-term sustainability of personal and professional influence.
