Zaron CEO Maduewesi, Global Thought Leaders to Headline Africa Coaching Week 2025
The Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN) has announced that powerhouse entrepreneur and beauty industry icon, Oke Maduewesi, who is the founder and CEO of Zaron Group, will headline the 2025 Africa Coaching Week (ACW) Opening Gala in Lagos.
The organisers said the theme of the event: ‘Fast Forward: Future-Proof Coaching in Today’s Intelligent Economy’, underscores the event’s focus on the essential role of human capital strategy and resilience in navigating economic volatility.
They stated that festivities will kick off on November 23, 2025, with an invitation-only Ankara Glam red carpet reception at Four Points by Sheraton, Victoria Island, Lagos, adding that guests will engage with Ms. Maduewesi’s keynote, focusing on the strategic imperatives of scaling an African enterprise.
Following the keynote, the evening will continue with a high-level fireside chat featuring influential voices in business and leadership, including Dr. Enahoro Okhae, CEO of Pause Factory; CEO, GIGM (Mobility), Adetutu Laditan (Creative Director of Woof Studios); Yemí Fáseun, Chief Talent Officer at YF Talent Partners; and Adeoye David Abodunrin, Chief Coaching and Insights Officer at Cubed Consulting. These discussions will analyze strategies for business sustainability and talent retention, the organisers stated.
On the ‘Strategic Role of Coaching in the Economy’, LCAN President, Omawumi Ogbe, said: “Oke Maduewesi is one of Africa’s most successful CEOs, and we are honoured to have her headline this year’s Opening Gala.

She stated further that the event would set the tone for a week of stimulating conversations, intimate networking, and global collaborations.
