Zion Oshiobugie to Graduate 10 Young Leaders and Host Annual Goal Setting Masterclass with Over 1,000 Expected Attendees

Renowned youth development strategist and educator, Zion Oshiobugie, is set to mark another defining moment in his journey as one of Africa’s leading voices in mentorship and youth leadership. This December, he will graduate ten outstanding participants from his year-long Zion Oshiobugie Mentorship Programme. More than that, he will be hosting the highly anticipated Goal Setting Masterclass 2025, a gathering that is eagerly awaited by over 1,000 young leaders from Nigeria, the UK, and beyond.

For Oshiobugie, this double milestone represents more than events on a calendar; it is the manifestation of a vision to raise a generation of purpose-driven, disciplined, and impactful leaders who can change their world through clarity and service. Speaking ahead of the event, he affirmed, “My commitment is to mentor the next generation of young leaders across the world. We are raising solution-bringers, not spectators.”

The mentorship programme, which began a year ago, has guided its mentees, Israel Omote, Ajoko Omolade, Treasure Edeguafe, Mrs Oluchi Azuka, Chukwu Felicity, Nancy Okiemute, Alexander Idowu, Okudor Miracle, Oghotomo Glory, and Victoria Cobham Bassey through a structured four-phase process: Discover, Develop, Design, and Deploy. Each phase helps participants identify their unique gifts, refine their skills, and apply them to create tangible community impact. This program is a beacon of hope, inspiring the next generation of leaders to make a difference in their communities.

One of the most remarkable outcomes of this process is the “Gift a Future” legacy project, through which the mentees, Israel Omote, Ajoko Omolade, Treasure Edeguafe, Mrs Oluchi Azuka, Chukwu Felicity, Nancy Okiemute, Alexander Idowu, Okudor Miracle, Oghotomo Glory, and Victoria Cobham Bassey, empowered over 300 orphaned and underprivileged children in the Iyara community of Warri, Delta State.

The outreach, hosted at CleverMinds Free Nursery and Primary School, provided children with school bags, notebooks, stationery, and motivational support, ensuring that no child is left behind in their pursuit of education. The initiative has been widely praised as a model of how mentorship can translate into real-world impact, combining empathy with action.

The Goal Setting Masterclass 2025, which takes place on December 26, continues Oshiobugie’s mission to equip thousands of young people with the clarity, discipline, and practical tools to turn their dreams into measurable results. The event brings together some of the most inspiring minds in personal development and leadership to explore themes such as vision board crafting, beating procrastination, finishing strong, and aligning goals with individual purpose.

This masterclass is not just a conference, it’s a powerful tool for personal and professional growth.
Over the years, Oshiobugie has built a reputation for turning principles into practice. His mentorship and education work span both Nigeria and the UK, providing a bridge between young Africans at home and those in the diaspora. His own story, from working as a domestic help in his teenage years to becoming a national mentor, author, and government appointee, has inspired countless young people to believe that greatness is possible regardless of background.

Recognised for his work with CleverMinds Educational Foundation and his appointment as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Edo State, Oshiobugie continues to demonstrate that leadership is not about titles but about consistent service and transformation. His foundation currently supports free education, meals, and psychosocial care for hundreds of children, with an ambitious vision to reach 20,000 across Africa by 2035.
As the year draws to a close, all eyes are on Warri, where Oshiobugie’s mentees will take the stage not just as graduates, but as torchbearers of a new leadership philosophy one rooted in purpose, generosity, and excellence.

The Goal Setting Masterclass 2025 promises to be more than a conference; it is a movement reminding young people that the future belongs to those who set goals, take action, and serve others.

In a world hungry for authentic leadership, Zion Oshiobugie stands out as a mentor of mentors building bridges between potential and purpose, and shaping the leaders who will, in turn, shape the future.
