NCDMB, Oke-Eze Increase Nig. Limited Conclude One Month Training Programme for 50 Women in Edo State
The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and Oke-Eze Increase Nigeria Limited have concluded a one-month training program for 50 women in Edo State on local dyes and Batik fabric production. The closing ceremony was held today, marking the end of the programme.
The one-month training is part of the Board’s efforts to promote entrepreneurship and economic development among women across Nigeria.
In his remarks, the NCDMB representative, Jeffrey Chukwunwike Omede, thanked President Bola Tinubu for his unwavering support to the Board, led by Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe. He noted that NDCMB partnership with Oke-Eze Increase Nigeria Limited was a testament to the Board’s commitment to promoting entrepreneurship and economic development among women in the country.
The Managing Director of Oke-Eze Increase Nigeria Ltd, Eze Ella, expressed his satisfaction with the progress made by the trainees and commended the NCDMB for partnering with his company to empower women in Edo State. He noted that the training program would have a lasting impact on the lives of the women, equipping them with skills that can be used to generate income and improve their livelihoods.
Ella appreciated the support of President Bola Tinubu for the Engr. Ogbe led NCDMB board and looks forward to continuing to work with the board and other stakeholders to promote local content development and empower women.
