Real Estate Queens Conference 2.0 Redefines Women Strength, Success, Resilience

As the real estate landscape continues to evolve, one event is setting the stage for a bold conversation about women, wealth, and resilience.

The Real Estate Queens Conference 2.0, organized by Capital City Development Ltd., held on Friday, October 10th, 2025, at Merit House, Maitama, Abuja, bringing together leading women in business, real estate, and leadership from across the nation.

Now, in its second edition, the Real Estate Queens Conference has become a defining platform for female trailblazers who are rewriting the narrative of what it means to thrive in a competitive industry. The 2025 theme, “Resilience,” captures the spirit of women who continue to rise, innovate, and inspire even in the face of challenges.

The conference featured a distinguished lineup of women of influence who shared from their wealth of experience, faith, and expertise: Mrs. Nkwawi Jilantikiri Kalu – Convener of the Real Estate Queens Conference and a visionary developer championing women’s inclusion in real estate investment, Pst. Mrs. Favour Osiri-Wisdom – Global voice of purpose and empowerment, inspiring women to live intentionally, Hon. Dr. Asabe Vilita Bashir – Esteemed public speaker and advocate for women’s leadership and community advancement, Amb. Tiana-Wealth Christopher Bassey – Dynamic entrepreneur and financial strategist passionate about helping women build sustainable wealth and Mrs. Jennifer Mike-Alicha – Accomplished realtor and business leader dedicated to empowering women to succeed in property and enterprise.

According to the convener, Mrs. Nkwawi Jilantikiri Kalu, the conference was designed to build capacity, foster collaboration, and amplify women’s voices in the real estate industry.

“Resilience is what keeps vision alive. Every woman building in this sector knows that challenges are inevitable, but strength, consistency, and community make the difference. That’s what this platform represents,” she said.
