CHINESE GOVERNMENT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH RESH FOUNDATION DONATES FOOD ITEMS TO OPM FOUNDATION IN PORT HARCOURT

The people’s Republic of China in partnership with Rescue and Support the Helpless Foundation (Resh Foundation) has donated food items to OPM foundation in port Harcourt to help fight hunger.

In a brief presentation ceremony held at King Chibuzor Gift Chinyere’s residence in GRA Port- Harcourt Rivers State on Monday 29th September 2025 by the Representatives of People’s Republic of China, the Chinese consular General in Nigeria,His Excellency Jin Ming Yu says they are making this donation to provide support for HRM King Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, Founder and General Overseer Omega Power Ministries (OPM) in all his Humanitarian engagements over the years.

“We want to support the King Chibuzor Chinyere in all his Humanitarian engagements”

The consular General also said that they want to expand their relationship between China and Nigeria and gave assurance that more Chinese companies will be coming into Nigeria for investment especially in Rivers State which will create more jobs for the people.

” We are here to expand our relationship between China and Nigeria and more and more Chinese companies are coming to Nigeria for investment especially in Rivers State. We want to do more for social responsibility that’s Why we are here today” he said.

The representative of People’s Republic of China, His Excellency Jin Ming Yu donated bags of Rice, Garri, Cartons of Noddles, Grandnut oil etc.

Responding, the Founder and General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries (OPM), HRM King Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere says that Chinese people are very friendly adding that he has been to China on two occasions and some Chinese companies gave him two car gift on his first visit to China.
He therefore counter the wrong notion people have about China.

” There is a wrong notion about Chinese. Chinese people are very friendly. They gave me two cars Free of charge. I have been to China twice and what people think about China is very different”

” They are thinking about the less privileged in Nigeria now look at what they brought”

The Man of God thanked the people’s Republic of China for their kind donation which will help feed many poor families.

” I want to specially thank the the government of China and people’s Republic of China for this kind gesture”

” Thank you very much for this great donation, it will go along way to feed so many families ” he said.

The General Manager CCECC construction company, Mr Chin says that they consider the relationship between Chinese and Nigeria especially Rivers State who created a very friendly environment for them. He assured that a lot of companies is coming into Rivers State which will provide job opportunities.
