President Bola Tinubu has issued a directive to FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, to immediately commence the construction of two hostels, each with a capacity to accommodate 300 students at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja.
A statement issued Tuesday by the FCT Minister’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka, added that the President also directed the construction of the road linking the Body of Benchers Secretariat, Jabi District with Nile University.

The statement said that one female hostel with capacity for 300 occupants and another 300-capacity male hostel will be constructed at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja to ameliorate the accommodation problem the students are facing.
According to Olayinka, both the hostel facilities and Body of Benchers road projects are to be executed under emergency consideration.

He explained that the road, off the strategic Ring Road 2, linking the Body of Benchers Secretariat with Nile University, when completed, will ease traffic congestion on the road leading to the head office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
