Deborah Reveals Her Encounter With God
How did you come to the Lord?
This is easy and at the same time it is difficult to explain because there is different between having encounter with God and just be an ordinary church goer but I will brief it.
I grown up as a different girl among children, I grow up as a child who can see things spiritually, which I couldn’t understand the purpose and why me, but my grandmother left me with something, she always saying, “God is in your heart”
This seed that my grandma planted in me that connected me to love God as a child, but I didn’t understand it well until I was btw 12 – 15 years, all I could think of is, fasting and prayer on how to see God.
The love of God was so deep in my heart, that I got to understand that , there is something that is higher than myself, which I don’t really know how , what and where it will take me to. I do see angels at the age of 13- 14 years, giving messages to people and so on. My birth was mysterious. My life is full of mysteries with spirituality of God Almighty. I have encounter with God Almighty Himself which I know that many people won’t believe it but I will tell you, it is true human being could see God. Moses saw Him, Isaiah said, I was in the front of God of Host. Jacob didn’t fight with angel but with God.
The very day I saw God something changed in me because no one can ever see that great being and be the same. He will change everything about you. He changes my name to Deborah from Funmi.
I was taken higher in the spirit , beside me was the 2 elders , they both asked me who I was looking for, I replied GOD. one of the elders told me, He came to visit the earth and He is on His way going, immediately something lifted me up , I could hold Him, immediately He tuned to voice communicating with me about my calling and purpose of being here.
How would you define ministerial Leadership?
To my own definition on ministerial Leadership is to Serve not a boss.
is of serving peoples to the interest of Jesus Christ , which mean they are to follow the princles of Jesus Christ as it was to His disciples.
Which Christian leaders or pastors do you read, listen to, or follow?
Prophet William Branham, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and Apostle Joshua Selma
What is a God story that you tell in order toencourage others?
Genesis 1:26 Lets us create a man in our own image after our likeness, He gave them dominion over all.
Imagine God created you and me in His own image and not just image but likeness of who he is. There shouldn’t be depression, we are gods on our way when we get the fully understand of our identity.
If the church could understand the mysteries behind this, they will move higher every day, and nothing will be able to touch them till Jesus comes.
Can you highlight from your childhood journey till date?
My story is one of resilience and determination. Born in Nigeria, I faced unimaginable hardships from a young age. Here’s a brief overview of my life

Overcoming Adversity Despite these traumatic experiences, I persevered and still pursued my education, even selling boiled eggs and yams to pay my school fees.
