Through research, mentorship, and strategic leadership, she has become one of the most promising global voices advancing the practice of communication and inclusive leadership across sectors and continents.
Recently honored with the 2024 Global Recognition Award for Excellence in Communication and Leadership, Omomayowa was celebrated for her outstanding contributions to organizational development and people empowerment. The distinction acknowledges a career devoted to helping individuals and institutions achieve growth through purposeful communication, empathy, and strategic innovation.

She holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Western Illinois University (USA), where she served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Public Speaking. In that role, she taught and mentored more than fifty students each semester, fostering confidence, eloquence, and engagement in the classroom. Her innovative instructional methods yielded remarkable results, over 95 percent of her students reported measurable improvement in communication competence and academic performance.
Beyond academia, Omomayowa has built a formidable career in human resource leadership, holding key roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Executive in Nigeria and Ghana. She led multinational recruitment initiatives across healthcare, technology, and finance sectors, overseeing the hiring of hundreds of professionals. Her people-centered approach improved operational efficiency, reduced hiring timelines, and enhanced retention, demonstrating her ability to merge communication expertise with strategic HR leadership.
Further cementing her professional versatility, Omomayowa is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), where she holds professional certification in project management. Through this global affiliation, she continues to strengthen her strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities skills that complement her communication expertise and enhance her impact across corporate and academic settings.
As a researcher and thought leader, Omomayowa has authored three peer-reviewed publications exploring the relationship between communication, leadership, and cultural diversity. Her work bridges theory and real-world practice, offering insights into how inclusive communication drives stronger organizations.
