ZOE SCHOOLS HOSTS NATIONWIDE PRESS CONFERENCE IN OGBOMOSO

Zoe Schools Ogbomoso is set to host a nationwide press conference on Monday, August 18, 2025 at Zoe College, Abaa.

In a release signed by the Secretary to the Director of Zoe Schools Ltd, Mrs Oluwaferanmi Adebayo
on behalf of the management of Zoe Schools, the press conference is put in place to announce the official launch of the new Zoe 500-capacity CBT/CBE & ICT Centre which holds on September 9, 2025.

This new facility is designed to provide students and the wider community with access to world-class computer-based testing (CBT) and ICT training, thereby enhancing examination preparedness, digital literacy, and innovation in education.

The conference will provide an opportunity to share the vision and objectives of the center, its anticipated impact on education, and ways by which the benefits of the facility can extend to learners across other public and private schools, who by the mandate of the Federal Ministry of Education now to write WASSCE, NECO and other external exams in CBE like the UTME.

Recall that Zoe Schools was one of the four (4) centres in Oyo State accredited by WAEC to host the May/June 2025 CBWASSCE and the October/November 2025 private WASSCE. With the existing Zoe 150-capacity CBT Centre, the new facility will help the centre to host as much as 650 students to write CBE at once. This, according to findings makes it the 2nd largest CBT/CBE centre in Nigeria.

With eight branches of the school domiciled in 3 LG Areas of Ogbomoso, Zoe Schools remains one of the fastest growing schools in Nigeria. Notably, her exploits in ICT/Hybrid learning, vocational training, competitions, science practical, phonics/diction/elocution, academic activities, good moral values and more, Zoe Schools swells in spread and population.

Expected at the press conference are officials of the Ministry of Education led by the Inspectors General of Education/PS in Oyo State, dignitaries from the community, clerics, PTA Executive of Zoe Schools, members of staff, representatives of the pupils/students and vital stakeholders in education such as TESCOM, NAPPS, ANCOPPS, AOPSHON, SUBEB, NUT, FOGSU representatives of the leadership of LAUTECH and Federal Polytechnic Ayede among others.
