Engr. Rankins Oguara Honored by NSE for Pioneering Media Excellence in Engineering

The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Egbin/Ikorodu Branch, has honoured Engr. Rankins Oguara with an Award of Recognition for his outstanding contributions to the promotion of engineering through the media.

The award, presented on recently, by Engr. Bashiru Mohammed on behalf of the NSE President, Engr. Margaret Oguntala FNSE, was received alongside notable industry figures including Engr. Mokhtar Bounour, MD/CEO of Egbin Power PLC.

This recognition adds another jewel to the crown of Engr. Oguara, a trained civil engineering construction project manager and co-founder of Aros Media Consult, who has seamlessly transitioned from project sites to centre stage, building a formidable reputation in the media space.

With over 10 years of experience as a multimedia strategist, corporate host, and media consultant, Oguara has become a powerful voice behind the microphone, hosting over 100 events across Nigeria and internationally, from high-profile government functions to multinational summits and corporate galas.

Fondly referred to as “The Media Engineer”, Engr. Rankins Oguara is often compared to IK Osakioduwa, Nigeria’s celebrated show host, for his charisma, voice mastery, and exceptional ability to own the stage. Whether addressing engineers at a technical symposium or thrilling guests at a black-tie awards night, Oguara’s versatility and delivery remain unmatched.
