Ifenna Aralu Honoured with Doctorate in Strategic Leadership & Governance at 2025 ACAP Investiture

It was an evening of excellence and honour at the Best Western Plus Elomaz Hotel, Asaba, as the African Changemakers Accelerator Program (ACAP) held its 2025 investiture ceremony, recognising six exceptional Africans for their outstanding contributions to healthcare, business, governance, and leadership across the continent.

The prestigious ceremony was organised by Highstone Global University, Texas, USA, in partnership with the Professional Public Speaking and Leadership Academy (PPSLA Africa). The investiture is part of a wider initiative to identify, celebrate, and empower individuals making tangible impact within their industries and communities.

Among the distinguished honorees was Mr. Ifenna Chukwunonso Aralu popularly known as WealthMinder who was conferred with a Doctor of Strategic Leadership & Governance. Widely regarded as a financial literacy advocate and leadership mentor, Mr. Aralu’s work in internal control, banking, and personal development has transformed the lives of countless professionals across Nigeria.

His weekly webinar series, “I Must Sell,” has become a beacon for budding entrepreneurs and sales professionals, equipping them with practical tools for financial growth and business success. Through his platforms WealthMinder, Blissful Banker, and as the ‘Mayor’ of Living By God’s Design (LBD) community in Enugu—he has inspired new thinking around faith, finance, and family.

“Professor Valentine Iheukwumere, African Vice Chancellor of Highstone Global University, lauded Ifenna Aralu, stating that his work exemplifies the vision and impact that this program aims to cultivate.”

Other recipients at the ceremony included Dr. Chukwukelu Dubem Sunday (Doctor of Healthcare Management), Faith Otobo (Doctor of Healthcare Management), Christopher O. Usigbe (Doctor of Healthcare Management), and Favor Chikelu (Doctor of Healthcare Management)

The event also featured a keynote lecture by Dr. Lotanna Okoye, Director General of PPSLA Africa, titled “Executive Presence: Driving Outstanding Results Through Effective Public Speaking.” Dr. Okoye stressed the critical importance of communication skills in leadership and called on professionals to develop their public speaking acumen. “Public speaking matters in business,” he said. “It drives alignment, inspires buy-in, motivates teams, and helps leaders clearly represent their brand and vision.”

He urged the honorees and other participants to meet the moment with excellence, especially in high-stakes situations such as board meetings, investor pitches, keynote addresses, and media appearances. “High stakes demand high standards,” he added.

Beyond the formalities, the ACAP 2025 investiture stood as a rallying point for African changemakers to continue leading boldly and building legacies that outlive them. With trailblazers like Dr. Ifenna Aralu lighting the path, the future of the continent holds promise, purpose, and transformation.
