Real Estate Firm Allocates Property to over 40 Clients
By Ugo Aliogo
Elite Pillar International Limited, one of Nigeria’s rapidly growing names in agro and residential real estate, has successfully allocated over 40 clients across two of its flagship developments—Heritage Garden City in Agbowa, Ikorodu, and Heritage Farm City in Alabata, Abeokuta.
The allocation exercises, held on two consecutive Saturdays in June 2025, highlight the company’s strong commitment to delivery and investor confidence.
The first allocation event took place at Heritage Garden City, where over 20 clients were physically allocated residential plots within the estate. Located in the serene community of Agbowa, Heritage Garden City is less than four minutes from the New Lagos NYSC Camp and includes a few commercial plots to support long-term residential development. The estate is part of Elite Pillar’s vision to provide affordable housing opportunities in rapidly expanding areas of Lagos.
A week later, attention shifted to Heritage Farm City, the company’s agro-focused project in Alabata, Abeokuta. Over 30 farmland investors received physical possession of their plots. Heritage Farm City, designed to enable wealth creation through agriculture, is already witnessing active farming activity. Cultivation of cassava and plantain is ongoing, with preparations underway for oil palm, cocoa, and other high-value crops to begin in the coming weeks. The project marks a major step forward in making farmland investment accessible to both local and diaspora clients.
Both allocation ceremonies were attended by senior company officials. Opening prayers were led by Samuel Omoniyi, Digital Marketing Strategist, while CEO Mr. Oladimeji Husein Nurudeen addressed attendees, assuring them of Elite Pillar’s dedication to transparency and timely project execution. The events were anchored by COO Mr. Odunlami Olaniran, supported by Project Manager Mr. Olaoluwa Kadiri, Logistics Manager Mr. Ahmed Muiz, and other team members who ensured smooth coordination throughout.
Meanwhile, the company has confirmed the upcoming launch of Heritage Garden City Commercials, a new estate exclusively dedicated to commercial development. Strategically positioned just four minutes from the New Lagos NYSC Camp and adjacent to the existing residential estate, the commercial project is designed to meet the rising demand for business plots in the growing Agbowa–Ikorodu corridor. The launch is scheduled for later in July or early August 2025.
With Heritage Garden City strengthening its residential presence, Heritage Farm City driving agro-investment, and Heritage Garden City Commercials set to power local commerce, Elite Pillar International Limited continues to establish itself as a reliable partner for forward-thinking investors in Nigeria’s real estate landscape.
