Browns Food Land Marks 3rd Anniversary with Food Donations in Edo State
Browns Food Land, a beloved Nigerian culinary brand rooted in tradition, has celebrated its third anniversary with a heartwarming act of community service—donating food items to children in Edo State.
The outreach, carried out in partnership with the Faith Foundation, is part of the company’s growing commitment to giving back to the communities that have supported them since their revival.
Founded in 1978 by the late Mrs. Stella Aigbokhai as a humble bukka, the eatery was once a vibrant gathering place for lovers of authentic African cuisine. Though it closed in 2003 following the founder’s death, her children—Aigbokhai Augustina Olotanuah, Aigbokhai Aimalohi Joy, and Aigbokhai James Omoaghe—breathed new life into their mother’s legacy in June 2022, rebranding it as Browns Food Land.
Now a fast-rising food brand in southern Nigeria, Browns Food Land continues to blend heritage with innovation, staying true to Mrs. Aigbokhai’s vision: “Serving food is an art and a heritage.”
The recent charity project, held in the small town of Ohara in Delta State, held particular significance for the founders. “Our late mother grew up in Ohara, and giving back there is deeply personal,” said the siblings. “It’s a way of honouring her memory and blessing others through the values she instilled in us.”
Through their donation initiative, Browns Food Land aims to nourish young minds by providing nutritious meals to underprivileged children and supporting their academic and physical development.
Partnering with the Faith Foundation also reflects a dedication to collaboration and meaningful social impact.
While the Ohara outreach marks the beginning, the company plans to expand its charitable footprint across Edo and Delta states—two regions that reflect not only their business roots but a shared heritage of hospitality.
The Aigbokhai siblings remain committed to ensuring that Browns Food Land is more than just a restaurant—it is a living tribute to tradition, a beacon of compassion, and a place where every bite is a taste of love.
