FOLA’s UK Tour Lights Up Spring 2025 with High-Energy Sets from DJ Whales, DJ Wallace, Doughnaldmusic & More

2025 Afrobeats breakout artiste, FOLA, has successfully wrapped his debut United Kingdom (UK) tour, captivating audiences across Birmingham, London, Sheffield and Manchester throughout April 2025.
Presented by Baron Inc Events and supported by his label Dangbana Republik, the tour marked a major step in the young artist’s expanding global footprint.
Emerging under the wing of Bella Shmurda, FOLA has quickly developed a reputation for blending heartfelt lyricism with the layered sounds of Afrobeats, Fuji, soul and modern African pop. This four-city tour offered fans a rare opportunity to experience his dynamic stage presence up close while introducing his evolving catalogue to new listeners in the UK.
The tour launched on April 12, 2025 at Cave Birmingham where a vibrant crowd was met with curated DJ sets from Whales, Doughnaldmusic, Atech and Alhaji Wolf who set the tempo ahead of FOLA’s headlining performance.
His connection with the room was immediate and electric, establishing the tone for what would become a consistent run of immersive and high-energy
shows.

On April 16, 2025, Lit Lounge London hosted the next stop in the heart of the capital drawing in fans from across the city’s Afro-diasporic community. FOLA’s ability to bridge club energy with
emotive vocal delivery made for a compelling midweek showcase.
Three days later on April 19, 2025
the tour moved north to ONYX Nightclub Sheffield where DJ Wallace led the charge on the decks building the energy ahead of another standout performance.
The final show on April 25, 2025 at Eagle Bar Deansgate in Manchester closed the tour with a crowd that reflected the momentum built over the past weeks. Charged, responsive and fully tuned in, the audience underscored just how deeply FOLA’s sound and story are beginning to resonate.
While DJs like DJ Whales, DJ Wallace and Doughnaldmusic played a vital role in sculpting the soundscapes of each night, it was FOLA’s presence that defined the journey.
