Over 150 Landowners Get Allocation at Ace’s Ibile Property

No fewer than 150 landowners get full allocation and documents to their respective plots at the Ace Real Estate Ibile Residential property in Imota, Ikorodu.

The Ibile Residential phase 1 has long been sold out with the second batch of allocations while the phase 2 of the property is barely remaining 20 percent to be off-market. 

Ibile Residential, launched in November 2024 to cater for affordable, yet serene housing and accommodation for Nigerians with minimal budget.

During the allocation, Stephen Adebayo, Head of Subsidiaries at Ace who led the exercise reassured allottees the continuous, unwavering support of the company in ensuring their properties remain safe and accessible as per all the contractual agreements.

In thesame vein, Ace Real Estate is launching the Ibile City and Resort in Imota, Ikorodu.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of Ace, Ayobami Akindipe, this massive 3,000 hectares property will encompass three clusters including, residences, farms and and sporting activities.

“We are bringing something massive to Ikorodu soonest. Our Ibile City and Resort will afford people the opportunity to have a home, a farm and recreational activities all in one gigantic 3,000 hectares of land,” Ayobami explained.

He continued that, “Ibile City and Resort is 100 percent dryland and we have made it extremely affordable for Nigerians to subscribe and build their dream property.”
