Abraham Ibrahim, the newly appointed Ghananian Minister of Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs, and His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Adedeye Enitan Ogwunsi (Ooni of Ife), who was in Ghana for a marriage ceremony.
