Lucky Mane Aims to Build New Generation of Independent Entrepreneurs
In a rapidly evolving financial landscape, Lucky Mane Group Ltd has set its sights on a mission beyond forex and real estate—empowering young entrepreneurs and fostering financial independence. Founded in March 2021 by Onyeachonam Goodluck Chikwesiri, popularly known as Lucky Mane, the company has already made significant strides in Africa’s forex trading and real estate sectors. Now, the visionary entrepreneur wants to focus on a deeper impact: equipping young people with the skills and mindset to thrive independently.
“We are not just building a business; we are building people,” Lucky Mane stated. “My goal is to see young Africans become independent entrepreneurs who can create wealth for themselves and others. It’s about empowerment, not just employment.”
Since its inception, Lucky Mane Group has trained over 220,000 traders across Africa, including in Nigeria, Rwanda, Cameroon, Ghana, and Kenya. Through its forex trading education arm, Lucky Mane Forex Academy, the company has simplified complex trading concepts, making financial literacy accessible to thousands. However, Lucky Mane believes that knowledge should extend beyond trading to practical entrepreneurship.
“Our vision is bigger than forex,” he said. “We want to instill in young people the ability to think independently, take calculated risks, and build sustainable businesses. Financial freedom is achieved when people have control over their own sources of income.”
The company has demonstrated this commitment through initiatives such as free forex training programs, the establishment of multiple trading floors, and the expansion of its real estate ventures. In April 2024, a one-week free forex class in Lagos saw over 13,000 participants, with a similar program in Abuja attracting 5,000 attendees. These efforts are not just about trading but about inspiring young people to take control of their financial destinies.
Beyond education, Lucky Mane Group fosters entrepreneurship through practical mentorship programs and business exposure. The company has also ventured into real estate, developing LM Estate and breaking ground on a seven-story luxury apartment complex in Enugu State. By combining financial literacy with real-world investment opportunities, the company is paving the way for young Africans to become self-sufficient.
Lucky Mane’s personal journey fuels his passion for mentorship. Growing up in Enugu, he excelled in academics but faced financial hardships that shaped his entrepreneurial mindset. Recalling his early days, he said, “I started with nothing—earning just ₦20,000 as a sales boy after secondary school. That struggle taught me that financial success comes from skills, strategy, and persistence.”
With a forward-thinking approach, Lucky Mane Group plans to launch its own forex brokerage firm and copy trading app, further expanding opportunities for aspiring traders and investors. However, the company’s founder insists that success is not measured by financial gains alone.
“The real success is in how many people we help to become independent,” Lucky Mane emphasized. “We want to create a generation of business-minded individuals who don’t just look for jobs but create them.”
As Lucky Mane Group continues to break new ground, its commitment to youth empowerment and financial independence sets it apart. By equipping young Africans with the right tools, the company is not only shaping individual futures but also contributing to a more economically vibrant continent.
