Kehinde Ajose Empowers Realtors, Entrepreneurs at Real Estate Forum
Renowned visibility strategist and founder of Visibility Solutions Media, Kehinde Ajose, recently led a transformative session at the Buy Lekki Now Now Virtual Sales Mastery Class. Themed How Relationships and Visibility Drive Real Estate Success, the forum, held on February 2, 2025, brought together realtors and entrepreneurs eager to elevate their brand positioning and sales strategies. Ajose emphasized the power of relationships in the real estate sector, stating, “It’s not what you know, it’s not even who you know—it’s who knows you that counts in business. You don’t need to find clients; you need clients to find you.”
During his presentation, Ajose outlined the five stages of real estate visibility, guiding attendees from instability to market dominance. He highlighted key relationships realtors must nurture, including luxury buyers, industry power players, and media professionals. He cited Davido’s investment in Sujimoto’s Giuliano de’ Medici property as an example of how high-profile connections can elevate a realtor’s credibility.
Ajose also stressed the importance of paying for access, referencing business leaders like Augusta Nkanu, who invested over ₦100,000 for a coaching session with Chioma Ifeanyi Eze. He shared his own experience of paying for premium industry events to gain valuable insights and build relationships.
