The immediate past Secretary to the Kano State Government, Abdullahi Baffa Bichi, has threatened to expose some political top notch steering the affairs of the state, saying that he had incriminating evidence against their wrong doings in his possession.
Bichi, broke the silence barely one month after he was relieved of his appointment by the Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, alongside Chief of Staff and five commissioners.
The former SSG, who was speaking with party supporters after he came back from lesser Hajj in Saudi Arabia, said he had in his possession documents, voice notes, videos to expose some top government officials in the state.
Bichi, who was among major sponsors of Kwankwasiyya political movement, and a close political ally to the Governor Yusuf said, “We have documented everything from written to audio and video evidence.
“I’m happy that I have finished my tenure in peace. As you know, this is not the best time to talk, but at the appropriate time we will expose them so that people will understand the kind of people they are.
“They are not trustworthy people… They’re very deceptive. They don’t know anything except treachery and betrayal. They are not people to be trusted.
It would be recalled before his sack as the SSG, the Kano State chapter of the New Nigeria People Party (NNPP) suspended him for alleged disloyalty to the party and its leadership.
The party chairman in the state, Hashimu Dungurawa, said Bichi was suspended because of his disrespect to the party and its leadership.
However, the governor had broker-peace between the party and the former Secretary to the Kano State Government during an emergency reconciliatory meeting held behind closed doors at the Government House.
The former SSG alleged to have frosty relationship with the leader of Kwankwasiyya political movement and the former Governor of the State Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, who was alleged to have instigated Bichi’s ouster from office.
