Audacious Dreams: Premia Business Network’s Drive for Impact and Progress
Premia Business Network (PBN) kicked off their annual year-end festivities, the Premia Awards Weekend, with a perfect blend of inspiration, celebration of excellence, and impact.
Under the theme Audacious Dreams,’ the first day featured two core elements: an enlightening breakfast session to prepare members for the new year and a life-saving blood donation drive in partnership with the Lagos State government.
This dual initiative reflects PBN’s ethos of creating value not just within its network of over 1000 Founders, Senior operators, and Investors, in the African business ecosystem, but also the broader community.
Charting Bold Visions for 2025.
The breakfast session set the stage for members to reflect on their aspirations and strategize for the coming year. The keynote speaker, Lola Ekugo, a trailblazer in digital technology and innovation, delivered a compelling address on the power of intentionality. Sharing personal milestones and success stories, she emphasized that achieving audacious dreams begins with purposeful action, since at the end of the day, it takes the effort to dream big or small.
“Intentionality is the foundation of success,” Ekugo remarked. “When we’re deliberate about our goals, we unlock the potential to achieve remarkable things.”
Building on this, Sophie Ejegi, Managing Director of Loatsad Media and an active PBN member, highlighted the critical role of boldness in entrepreneurship. “This event is more than networking; it’s about equipping industry leaders to dream fearlessly. Audacity is essential for turning aspirations into reality, especially as we prepare for 2025,” she shared.
A Platform for Bold Dreamers and Doers
Gift Uyanwanne, PBN’s Community Manager, reinforced the event’s purpose of inspiring members to take bold action. “This is a space where audacious dreams take flight,” she said. “Our members draw strength from real-life success stories shared by exceptional leaders within this vibrant community that spans 26 countries. PBN is where big ideas meet action and a supportive tribe to win.”
Uyanwanne also teased exciting plans for 2025, including initiatives to deepen connections with the African diaspora and introduce innovative events that push boundaries.
“We’ve accomplished remarkable things this year, but we’re just scratching the surface. This year, Premia Club, the physical manifestation of the Premia Business Network, offering an exclusive space for professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to connect, unwind, and grow will come to life.
To thrive in the new year, being part of this community isn’t optional; it’s essential for anyone serious about making bold moves,” she added.
Making an Impact Beyond Business.
True to its mission of fostering meaningful impact, PBN complemented its forward-focused discussions with a blood donation drive. In collaboration with the Lagos State government, this effort aimed to address critical healthcare needs and save lives, underscoring the network’s commitment to giving back.
Looking ahead.
The ‘Audacious Dreams’ event not only spotlighted and celebrated Audacious Dreamers but inspired attendees to aim high for 2025, reinforcing PBN’s role as a transformative force in the African business landscape.
As the PBN Community prepares for another year of innovation, excellence, and impact, its message is clear: dreaming big is just the beginning — bold action is what makes those dreams a reality.
