Qazeem Oladejo, a renowned product management consultant, has been awarded as an African Innovator and Impact Maker following his confirmation as the Novat Award winner in Product Management and his induction into the Novat Hall of Fame, joining distinguished innovators from all 54 African countries. The award recognises Qazeem’s disciplined, evidence-driven approach to product leadership, work that has consistently turned early ideas into market-fit businesses, accelerated time-to-market, and delivered measurable commercial and user outcomes across sectors from real estate to telehealth.

Judges praised the scale and clarity of Qazeem’s results, highlighting a career defined by rigorous experimentation, repeatable processes for teams, and hands-on delivery that drives revenue, retention and product-market fit. His track record of coaching founders, running validated experiments, and building tools and processes that reduce waste while improving customer metrics underpinned the panel’s decision to honour him as a leading product practitioner on the continent.

Receiving the award, Qazeem expressed deep gratitude to the Jury, thanking them for the time and care they invested in the process and for granting what he described as “a huge prestige” to his work. “I acknowledge the consistent feedback during the review period and the jury’s detailed process,” he said, noting that the thoughtful, evidence-led assessment made the recognition especially meaningful.

Novat’s announcement showcases Qazeem Oladejo’s dual contribution as both a high-impact practitioner and a capacity builder. He is recognised as a leader who delivers measurable product outcomes and shapes the next generation of African product talent through mentoring, workshops, and public advocacy.
