ATW, Macroc Partner On Maiden Edition of Music Oncovered

Apex multimedia company, Advanced Team Works and music producer, Mac Roc recently partnered to organise the maiden edition of Music Oncovered.

The event which held at the ATW Centre, Abuja, gave upcoming artists a platform to showcase their talents. It featured live performances of covers and original songs which was streamed to a live audience on ATW live (www.atwlive.com); an arm of Advanced Team Works.

Monlee Mane, Tim Ayo, Moses Akoh, Emmanuel Cliff, Deewyne, Victor Thompson, Leez Butter, Vique Sing and Yinka Okeleye were among the nine acts selected to perform at the maiden edition of Music Oncovered and they put in electric performances.

A performing act, Monlee Mane described the event as excellent, stating that “everything was perfect, from the sound to the lighting to the production. It was a great experience for me.” Another performing act, Tim Ayo, described the experience as “magical.”

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Executive at Advanced Teamworks, Daniels Akpomon hinted that “all the platforms and product at ATW like atwXstream, extra.live, ATW.center, ATWLIVE etc were engineered to bridge the very many divides in the media industry in this part of the world with digital and scalable innovations that can also stay affordable and rapidly deployable in this social and web era. Music Oncovered on her ATWLIVE platform, is one of such.”

Music Producer, Mac Roc, explained that Music Oncovered was all about uncovering talents.

“We are using this platform to unveil great singers here in Nigeria in all genres of music. Our goal is to export them to the rest of Africa and the world at large.”

He also revealed that his choice to partner with ATW was a strategic one, with Music Oncovered focused on live performances in real time and ATW all about providing real time quality production.”

Also speaking, Creative Director, Advanced Teamworks, Momodu Joseph (Director MJ), revealed plans to take Music Oncovered to major cities in Nigeria, Africa and ultimately the world, ensuring to always keep the entire production 100% Live no Post Production.”
