2022 Budget Presentation: Lawan Reads Welcome Address

President of the Senate and Chairman of the National Assembly, Dr Ahmad Lawan, is presenting his welcome address at the Joint session of the National Assembly for the presentation of the 2022 Appropriation Bill by President Muhammadu Buhari.

It was preceeded by opening prayers said in both the Christian and Muslim ways by Senator Opeyemi Bamidele and Hon Aliyu Mardi respectively.
