Riveton Homes and Properties boss, Rilwan Atiku sets sight on being among foremost real estate companies in Nigeria

It was a joyful day and occasion on the 29th of July, 2021 at the headquarters of Riveton Homes and Properties which witnessed the honouring of its MD/CEO, Mr Rilwan Atiku by the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana (CIPRMP). Mr Rilwan who is a lawyer by profession is an astute individual and business professional who has been in the business world for the past ten (10) years.

He is the brain behind the popular Nigerian company which is known as Atican Nigeria Ltd, a real estate and hospitality company who are the proud owners of one the most developed and serene estate and one of the most popular beach resort in Nigeria. We are talking about Atican Beachview Estate and Atican Beach Resort respectively.

Upon leaving the employment of Atican Nigeria Ltd 2018, Mr Rilwan established his own Real Estate and Hospitality Company by the name of Riveton Developments Ltd. Riveton Developments Ltd are the owners of the business brand Riveton Homes and Properties and Riveton Hospitality Company. Under Riveton Hospitality, we can find businesses like Laguna Beach Club and Laguna Beach House.

Under one year, Mr Rilwan, through sheer brilliance, has been able to push his company to a commendable position. One of its brands, Riveton Homes and Properties are the marketers of Atican Beachview Estate, an Estate project which was sold out in 6 months. After the completion of sales of Atican Beachview Estate, Riveton Homes and Properties launched another Estate known as Almond Green Estate. All these Estate are situated in Lekki-Scheme II Environ in Eti-Osa Local Government Ara of Lagos State.

Coming up from the stables of Riveton Homes and Properties are other laudable projects like their proposed new affordable Estate project coming up in the heart of Epe Town and their apartment project coming up in Abraham Adesanya.

We sat down for some few minutes to ask Mr Rilwan, the man at the helm of affairs at Riveton Homes and Properties what his drive is? His answer was very simple and modest.

“My Drive is my passion for Real Estate and Hospitality. I believe Nigerians deserve good things and the only way I can give that to them is through Real Estate and Hospitality”.
