Prudence Onaah, the founder and CEO of Vaquita Books, has been nominated for SHE Awards 2023.
SHE Awards Africa is a female entrepreneur awards in its second year that recognizes and appreciates women founders. Prudence was nominated for the Techpreneur of the Year category for her work at Vaquita Books.
Vaquita Books is a publishing company of the future helping aspiring authors birth their books through an innovative tech-driven process. Vaquita Books is an imprint of Vaquita Publishing House Limited.
The entrepreneur has previously been nominated for the Most Promising Founder of the Year Award 2021 and holds an award as one of the Most Inspiring People on Earth. She also holds the Iconic Personality Award 2020, is an Alibaba Global Initiatives ( AGI) Fellow, and an Open Source Leader at Commonwealth100.
Through Vaquita Books and Vaquita Publishing, the company aim to make publishing easy and to make quality books available every time.
