Wakanow Embarks on Nationwide Roadshow, Unveils Abuja Corporate Travel Center

Nigeria’s esteemed travel company, Wakanow.com has embarked on a journey with its groundbreaking multi-city roadshow, the Wakanow Express, aimed at captivating Nigerians and presenting them with exhilarating travel opportunities. The roadshow, currently sweeping through 16 states, has ignited enthusiasm and anticipation among travel enthusiasts nationwide.
 
Dubbed “The Sweet Escape,” the roadshow seeks to showcase the joy of travel to individuals in cities where Wakanow already enjoys a strong presence while also introducing its services to new communities. Timed perfectly during the summer season, this event provides the ideal opportunity for travelers to plan their dream vacations.
 
The roadshow began on May 24, 2023, and made stops in major cities such as Kaduna, Asaba, Warri, Onitsha, Aba, Owerri, and Enugu. Other cities included Ilorin, Benin, Port Harcourt, Akure, Ibadan, Osogbo, Abeokuta, Calabar, Uyo, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja. The grand finale will take place in Lagos on July 28, 2023. Each stop offered engaging activities, interactions, and enlightening sessions to attendees. Live sessions on top radio stations were part of the Sensitisation & Awareness Drive, where Wakanow experts shared insights about the roadshow, travel deals, holiday destinations, and Wakanow’s services.
 
The roadshow’s activation events allowed attendees to explore Wakanow’s diverse services and benefits. Participants had the chance to win prizes such as travel vouchers, visas, and sponsored trips to global destinations. Branded gift items were also distributed.
 
In addition to the roadshow, Wakanow Nigeria unveiled its regional corporate travel office in Abuja on July 6. Located at Tropic Galleria Mall in the Central Business District, the office aims to deliver high-quality travel services and positively impact the Nigerian economy. It will cater to the travel needs of both the corporate and public sectors in the Federal Capital Territory and the Northern region.
