Ooni Of Ife, Lagos State, Others Grace Zylus Annual Awards

Africa’s leading business conglomerate, Zylus Group International, proudly hosted its prestigious Annual Thanksgiving and Awards Ceremony in grand style, celebrating a year of remarkable
achievements, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

The event, held at Harbor Point Event Centre, Lagos brought together an esteemed gathering of
dignitaries, including His Imperial Majesty Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ọjájá II) who was represented by HRM Oba (Dr.) Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo, Alara of Ilara Kingdom, the
Special Adviser on Housing to Lagos State Governor, Mrs. Barakat Odunuga-Bakare, HRM Oba Akinola Oyetade Akinrere, Latiri, Olubosin of Ifetedo Kingdom, and other key stakeholders from diverse sectors. The ceremony underscored Zylus Group’s reputation as a trailblazer in Africa’s real

In his opening address, Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye, Group Chairman of Zylus Group International, expressed gratitude to the dignitaries, stakeholders, and staff who have contributed to the company’s

In his remarks, Oba (Dr.) Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo, who represented the Ooni of Ife, commended Zylus Group for creating value and opportunities for stakeholders across Africa. He added
that their projects particularly in real estate have significantly improved access to affordable and sustainable housing. He highlighted Zylus Group’s role as a vital partner in advancing the government’s vision for urban development and a thriving economy.

During her goodwill message, the Special Adviser on Housing, Mrs. Barakat Odunuga-Bakare also commended Zylus Group International for its dedication to fostering economic growth and providing
innovative housing solutions. She emphasized the importance of such initiatives in driving sustainable
development and addressing pressing societal challenges, particularly in housing and urban planning.

The event also recognized exceptional individuals and partners who have played pivotal roles in Zylus Group’s success through the presentation of awards in categories such as Sales Champions of the Year, Employee of the Year, and Long Service Award. Among others.
