For two days, premium whisky brand The Macallan hosted whisky connoisseurs and celebrities to a premium dining experience as it unveiled its new lounge at Kaly Restaurant and Bar, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Named simply The Macallan Lounge, this opulent space offers an intimate setting for enthusiasts to savour the exquisite pairing of The Macallan’s finest whiskies with Kaly’s curated whisky-paired menu.
Designed with a blend of sophistication and warmth, The Macallan Lounge provides a welcoming atmosphere for guests to unwind and indulge in the finer things in life. Rich wood finishes and mood lighting contribute to the lounge’s distinctive character, creating a sensory journey of taste and refinement for patrons.
The lounge boasts a curated selection of single malts, limited-edition whiskies, new releases, and rare offerings from The Macallan exclusively.
At the unveiling event, The Macallan brand ambassador for Lagos, Daniel Atteh, guided distinguished guests — which include Richard Mofe Damijo, Samuel and Bisola Otigba, Mr Robert Aboumitri, First Secretary Deputy High Commission of Canada, Mr Adeyemi Odusanya, Executive Director Corporate Banking and South Keystone Bank, Professor Fabian Ajogwu, OFR, SAN, Kenna Partners and Mr Ayeni Adekunle, C.E.O Black House Media — through an immersive experience featuring The Macallan’s renowned single malt whiskies like the 25 Year Old Sherry Oak.
