Bluetti Bridges Electricity Gap in Rural School

Market leader in energy storage, Bluetti, has extended electricity access to Oke Odan Baptist Primary School located in the rural community of Ogun State. 

The gesture which was part of Bluetti’s lighting an African Family (LAAF) project, saw the school receive 20 solar system kits to aid learning and address Power challenge. 

LAAF is an initiative designed to provide clean energy to African household and bridge electricity gap in rural communities. 

The presentation ceremony graced by key members of the community, including the traditional ruler witnessed live demonstrations of the usage and functionalities of the power stations. 

Moreso, the gesture was also extended to selected outstanding students of the school who got a solar device each. 

Speaking, Sales Manager of the company, Jeffery Zhang stated that the move was part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility’s CSR obligations. 

“This device will provide stable lighting and energy supply, as well as solve power shortage challenge in the school. We will continue to work hard to enable more families live in a bright environment; so that every child has equal learning opportunities, every mother has a more convenient life, and every father has more opportunities and possibilities, “he said. 

In her remark, Head teacher of beneficiary school, Mrs. Patience Akintomide thanked the donor, stating that the gesture would aid in delivering 21st century teachings.
