Stakeholder Lauds CAC over Resolution of Online Registration Hiccups

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has been applauded for providing swift resolution to challenges encountered while interfacing with its registration portal.

The commendation was contained in a letter written to the CAC by a Kaduna-based legal practitioner, Springfield Law Practice Kaduna.

The firm stressed that it was truly impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and promptness demonstrated by the CAC, particularly its Special Projects Unit (SPU), in resolving its complaint in record time.

The principal partner of the law firm, Mr. Christopher Yange Atsen, recalled his initial reachout to the commission’s customer service and the Special Projects Unit (SPU) with a complaint regarding company registration.

He further explained that a reference number was assigned to his complaint bordering on share capital.

He therefore, expressed delight that in view of the dedicated efforts of the SPU, his company registration was approved and the necessary certificate and document were issued to allow them to proceed with their business plan without delay.

CAC’s outstanding service, he said, made a significant difference and he therefore, hoped for a continued positive relationship with the commission.
