The World of Johnel NG

Nnamani Chimaobi John (born 11 April, 2006), better known as Johnel NG is a Nigerian Hip-hop, Afro-pop, rapper, songwriter and entrepreneur. He is from Enugu State and was born and raised in Lagos. Johnel used to freestyle in the street at a very early age and was admired by different people. He was offered an opportunity at age 11 but due to fear he ignored it and kept his pace.

As time goes on, Johnel was known in his school as a rapper and was called anytime entertainment was needed even till date. Johnel didn’t take music for fun but rather a cash flowing strategy as he makes a better definition of an entrepreneur Artiste. In 2022, Johnel teams up with his closest friend who is also a rapper Gusty Guy in on Luminous Sounds.

He started rapping and singing at age 13 while he went after the stage name ‘Johnel’. Because of his passion for music, he Formed a crew named ‘Triggerz’ consisting of three rappers including him, but due to some issues the crew separated in less than a year of their collaboration. He is known for his singles “Dance” and “Champagne” released 2022.

Later on, he started making his own sound, mix, artworks, distribution and fan base all by himself at age 15. He used different strategy to attract attention and on Instagram, some celebrities like Dax, Lil frosh, Dandizzy and others have reacted on his comments. He has been through different experience on his journey to the Industry which is a great start for a teenage boy.

According to the budding starlet, he is not really dependent on record labels but still looks forward to getting a deal, which means there is a Plan B of him building his own label. As time passed, John started studying financial intelligence from his billionaire mentor Robert Kiyosaki, and started making petty cash from his music. He keeps gathering numbers of followers and fans to teach and entertain.
