Dikio Felicitates With Clark at 94

The Interim Administrator Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Colonel Milland Dixon Dikio (Rtd), has congratulated Elder Statesman and First Republic Minister, Chief Edwin Clark, on his 94th birthday.
In a statement on Tuesday, Col Dikio said, “”Today, we celebrate your life of service to people of the Niger Delta and Nigeria in general.
“Over the years, you have shown an unparalleled commitment to sustained peace and development of the Niger Delta region.
“Your strong voice and constant agitation contributed to the proclamation of Amnesty for ex-agitators in the region.
“As you turn 94 today, we wish you a happy birthday and pray that the Almighty will continue to favour you with long life.”
