Election Tribunal Affirms Victory of Princess Onuoha

The Election Petition Tribunal in Owerri has dismissed the petition against the election of Hon. Princess Miriam Onuoha representing Isialambano/Onuimo/ Okigwe federal constituency in the House of Representatives.

Princess Onuoha is a member of the All Progressives Congress.

Hon. Obinna Onwubuariri of the Peoples Democrstic Party had petitioned the tribunal sitting in Owerri to challenge the election of Princess Onuoha.

In a unanimous judgment delivered by Chairman of the tribunal, Justice Esther Haruna, the petition was dismissed for lack of merit.
