Buhari Swears in Members of National Assembly Commission

President Muhammadu Buhari Wednesday in Abuja swore in the chairman and 11 members of the National Assembly Commission in the State House.

The swearing-in took place in the council chambers of the Presidential Villa before the commencement of the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.

Those sworn in were Ahmed Amshi (chairman, Borno, North-east), Baba Modu (Borno, North-east); Abubakar Umar Tutare (Taraba, North-east); Hakeem Akamo (Lagos, South-west); Motunrayo Akintomide (Ondo, South-west) and Francis Atanomeyovwi (Delta, South-south).

Others are Bassey Etuk (Akwa Ibom, South-south); Yusuf Byliaminu (Zamfara, North-west); Sani Kazaure (Jigawa, North-west); Julius Ucha (Ebonyi, South-east); Auwalu Ohindase (Kogi, North-central) and Mu’azu Is’haq (Nasarawa, North-central).
