President Muhammadu Buhari Wednesday in Abuja launched the 2019 Armed Forces Remembrance Day Emblem with N10 millon.
Buhari who conducted the launch in the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa before the commencement of the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, said the internal insecurity confronting Nigeria and the war against terrorism in which the military was actively engaged “have tasked both capabilities and resources of the Nigerian military.”
The president said despite being overstretched, the armed forces had continued to devote themselves to the task of securing the nation.
