Saraki’s Presence Made Super Eagles Win, Says Pinnick

 
P resident of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick, has said that the presence of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki spurred the Super Eagles to defeat Iceland 2-0 in their Group D match at the 2018 World Cup.
Pinnick, while addressing the players and delegates after the match said the presence of Saraki brought luck to the Super Eagles.
“The magical presence of Senate President, Bukola Saraki brought luck to the Super Eagles and Nigeria.”
Saraki, who on his Twitter congratulated the Super Eagles over their 2-0 win against Iceland,   urged the team to continue to show discipline. “Great win by our@NGSuperEagles. Let us continue to show that discipline and preparation brings results.
The Senate President had met with the players before their match against Iceland to encourage.
