Again, Asiwaju Bolarinwa Oluwole, a potentially great politician, shone like a glittering star, recently.
All it took to take the shine off his critics was the honour done him recently by the leadership of National Association of Polytechnic Students, NAPS.
In recognition of his support and contributions to the course of students and youths development, he was awarded the Distinguished Personality of the Year 2017 by the respected students’ body.
Interestingly, the honour came for the 40-year-old at a time he is seeking to represent Remo Federal Constituency at the National Assembly in the next general election.
Bolarinwa, who is described as a man of the people, has a history of unflinching commitment to humanity and students’ welfare in the state. No wonder, during the ceremony, many students, especially students’ leaders, attested to his kind gestures and his struggles to facilitate and influence students and youths’ empowerment schemes.
