VDT to Boost Customer Service Delivery at Forum

VDT Communication, one of the leading broadband and premier 4G LTE Advanced service provider, will be discussing new technology strategies that will enhance customer service delivery at the next customers’ forum scheduled the hold October 13, 2017.

Marketing Manager, VDT Communication, Mr. David Ese, while giving further details about the forum, explained that the theme of the forum, ‘Value Driven. Customer Focused’, is meant to reinforce VDT’s passion for delivering exceptional services to her customers, putting the customers’ satisfaction first before anything else.

VDT Communications’ Customers’ Forum is a yearly event organised by the company to engage her customers in face to face interaction with the aim of bonding with the customers and enhancing their experience of the company’s brand.
