The federal government has been urged to stay true to its promise by implementing restructuring as promised in its manifesto which won the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) the 2015 presidential election. A group of Nigerians under the umbrella of The Core Federalist, which made the call after a meeting in Lagos yesterday said that was the only option available to Nigeria to avoid another civil war. The Federalists comprises of notable Nigerians like Mr. Yinka Odumakin (South- west), Humphrey Orjiako (South- east), Ambassador Ozo Nwobu (South-east), Dr. Dele Oluwatade (South-south), Kunle Fagbemi, Col. Gabriel Ajayi, Aliyu Abiola of the late MKO Abiola family and others. Reading the communique of the meeting, Fagbemi, noted that it was important that the federal government should restructure the country by implementing the report of the 2014 National Conference. .
