As Rohi Compassionate and Apostolic Ministry (ROCAAM) began activities to mark its first anniversary on Tuesday November 1, the expectations were high as the congregation as well as the founder continued to dwell in the euphoria of celebration and expectancy for more anointing for great grace to forge ahead in their various endeavours.

The anniversary which kicked off with a 2-hour prophetic evening service last Tuesday, tagged ‘Night of Impartation for Grace’, continued yesterday, Thursday at 8am-10am with another power-packed revival tagged, ‘Morning of Harvest of Grace’, while on Friday, November 4, it will hold a ‘Night of 3 Prophets and Prophetic Night of Great Grace’, where anointed men of God will be prophesying into the lives of members of the congregation from 10pm to 5am the next day.

On Saturday, November 5 from 1pm, there will be ‘Blissful Marital Grace’ for the married and single. Sunday will be the grand finale of the celebration during which the church will witness, ‘Celebration and Thanksgiving of Great Grace’ from 9:00am, to further honour God for the Life of the Ministry.

Speaking during the opening programme on Tuesday, Mrs. Emmanuella Edun-Adedeji, a member of the church, testified on how God has been good to her and her entire family having joined the movement over three years ago even before it became a full-fledged church on November 1, 2015.

“It started out as an evangelical mission and gradually it became a church last year November. And since in started operating as a church, we have experienced the power of God here. I have countless testimonies to tell about this ministry. The man of God is a true man of God and preaches the word of God with the power and anointing of God. He is a man of God whose word never falls to the ground because everything he said to me concerning my life and my family has never cease to come to pass. He is an upholder of the true gospel of salvation and he is a man of God in all ramifications,” she noted.
As the anniversary service continues, her expectations are high.

“The power of God will flow mightily than ever before. And just as the theme for the celebration says, “From Grace to Great Grace’, we shall not experience anything short of what the theme states. I know that I am going from grace to great grace, I know that there are greater expectations than what I have ever experienced in time passed.”

For elder Martins Omojola, his experience and expectations were not different. He said, “It was an apostolic mission before it metamorphosed into a church, which we started just one year ago and since then, God has been faithful. There hasn’t been any sickness among members and we have not buried any one since we started last year and God is seriously moving amongst us. And whatever problem we have had, the moment we bring it to the altar here; we get delivered through our daddy in Lord, Pastor Oluwadamisi.”

He however advised that the church should intensify efforts towards evangelism, as that is the core call of every Christian, adding, “It is when we evangelise that we can win more souls and bring them to Christ and evangelism has been part of activities of this first anniversary as we have embarked on roads show as part of the avenue to win souls for Christ.”

Founder of ROCAAM, Pastor Emanuel Adebola Oluwadamisi, who was full of gratitude to God for keeping the ministry and its members, said that according to the name of the church, Rohi, which means the great shepherd. “Jesus is our great shepherd and in line with PSALM 23, our Lord Jesus Christ has been shepherd over the church, providing for their needs, protecting them from the enemies, guiding them into all righteousness so that they would not fall in the course of their journey on earth and also has been preserving their lives so that they would fulfill their days according to the word of God,” Oluwadamisi said.
