Tolu Headlines JFT’S Initiative – Naked No More

Nigerian Musician, Tolu, headlines the First Edition of JFT NAKED NO MORE, an initiative by emerging Nigerian Fashion Brand, JFT Fashion House.

The initiative is aimed at helping the less privileged, orphans and the needy.  Basic amenities for human living are clothing, food and shelter which at any point deprived, cause an anomaly in the life of an individual, whether young or old. These necessities are essential to both the haves and the have not.

“I am an African child, walking through the unkind streets of life seeking for clothes to hide me from the cold, looking for cardboards to cover my naked body, which has been struck down with various infections, and on a quest to get my first meal of the day, if the passers-by are kind enough.

“I do not ask for the best of education, the most luxury houses, the most expensive clothes or even food that cost so much. All I ask for is a drop of milk, a pair of stockings, a sweater to shield me from the cold and a little nest where i could lay to rest”.

This is the tale of a child who has lost his way in life due to the death of his parents.

He does not seek the best of things as life’s journey has sapped his dreams away from him.

Life is beautiful, and would even be more beautiful when the smiles of the needy, the joy of fulfillment and excitement in the heart of the less privileged make tears trickle down our faces.

As the revered clergyman, William Sloane Coffin Jr., puts it, “if you do not stand for something, you are apt to fall for nothing”.

The first edition will hold on August 13, 2016 in Osun State.  This is an opportunity for you to also reach out and touch lives.
