Snaarp Launches All-in-One Business Platform to Streamline Software Costs
THISDAY
In a landscape rife with fragmented software solutions, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are feeling the financial pressure of juggling multiple subscriptions. Navigating between various platforms for communication, document management, customer relationship management (CRM), and more can drive up operational costs while complicating workflows. In response to this challenge, Snaarp has unveiled its all-in-one business productivity platform: Snaarp 360.
Launched in late October 2023, Snaarp positions itself as a disruptive force in the SaaS market by offering over 20 integrated applications on one platform. This strategy promises users a unified experience, one login and one subscription, effectively addressing the pain points associated with current software consolidation trends. According to founder and CEO Sarah Victor Ariyibi-Oke, “Our mission at Snaarp is to make enterprise capabilities accessible to SMEs without compromising on affordability or functionality.”
Victor Ariyibi-Oke’s entrepreneurial journey began with her previous venture, a digital education platform that served learners across over 190 countries. Drawing from her experiences scaling digital businesses, she recognised an opportunity to democratise productivity tools specifically for underserved markets in Africa and the Middle East. A firm believer in the potential of technology-enabled efficiencies, Victor Ariyibi-Oke launched Snaarp despite initial challenges in securing funding.
“I wanted to create something that wouldn’t just compete with giants but would also meet businesses where they are,” Victor Ariyibi-Oke stated during a recent press briefing.
The cost of running fragmented software systems can quickly escalate; for many SMEs, this translates into barriers preventing growth. With flexible pricing starting from £2 per user per month for services like Snaarp Mail, offering professional custom-domain email, the company directly targets these concerns. As outlined by Jasper Kingsley, an organisational development consultant based in Johannesburg:
“The single-subscription model is refreshing; it allows businesses like mine to remain agile without falling into debt from multiple subscriptions.”
Snaarp 360 brings together functionalities ranging from cloud storage via Snaarp Drive to project management through Snaarp Projects, all designed within an AI-native framework. Users can look forward to features such as workflow intelligence and human-in-the-loop automation which streamline daily tasks while minimising manual effort.
This collection aims not only at reducing overhead costs but also enhancing overall employee productivity through connected systems that eliminate redundant steps along task workflows.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a critical role in enabling workplace efficiency within Snaarp’s ecosystem. By integrating AI capabilities across its offerings, including email composition assistance via Snaarp Mail and meeting summaries in collaboration tools, Victor Ariyibi-Oke believes they are providing users both immediate insights and long-term strategic advantages.
“We’re not just selling software; we’re advocating for intelligent decisions backed by data analytics,” added Victor Ariyibi-Oke.
Snaarp’s launch comes at a crucial time when digital transformation is imperative across Africa and the Middle East due ongoing economic shifts towards technology integration. For SMEs especially underserved historically compared against Western counterparts or larger corporations leveraging advanced tech stacks, it represents hope toward substantial operational changes possible via accessible means.
