Daniel Moses to Launch ‘Fractional Real Estate’ Book at Diaspora Africa Conference

UK-Nigeria property wealth strategist and author, Dr Daniel Moses, is set to launch his new book, Fractional Real Estate: Democratising Property Wealth for Nigerians, Africans and the African Diaspora, at the 7th Diaspora Africa Conference 2026 in Abuja.

The book launch is scheduled for October 15 at the Afreximbank Trade Centre, Abuja, as part of the wider conference programme taking place from October 11 to 18 across Lagos, Abuja and Accra.

The conference is themed “HOMECOMING: Bridging the Divide from Diaspora to Africa’s Future” and is expected to bring together investors, entrepreneurs, business leaders and other stakeholders to discuss diaspora engagement, investment and partnerships across Africa.

Moses, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Property Wealth Corporation, said the book examines ways of broadening participation in property ownership through fractional real estate models.

According to him, the approach could provide an alternative pathway for people who face financial and structural barriers to conventional property ownership.

The book is built around three pillars — education, community and structure — which Moses said are important to helping prospective investors understand property ownership and participate in structured real estate opportunities.

“Property wealth should not be reserved for a privileged few. Fractional Real Estate is about democratising access and enabling Nigerians, Africans and members of the diaspora to participate in property ownership with knowledge, confidence and the right structure,” Moses said.

The author said the book also examines how collaboration and collective ownership structures could broaden access to real estate investment while encouraging greater financial and property literacy.

The conference, which also focuses on “People, Partnerships and a Prosperous Africa,” is expected to feature discussions around diaspora capital, cross-border investment opportunities and economic development.

Moses is a property educator and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Property Wealth Corporation, an organisation involved in property education, estate management, development and cross-border property advisory services.
