Lagos 2027: APC Appoints BigAppleTV CEO Oluwaferanmi Ayoade to New Media Directorate

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed the Chief Executive Officer of BigAppleTV, Ayoade Oluwaferanmi Busayo, as a member of the New Media Directorate of the PBAT/KOH 2027 Lagos State Campaign Council.

The appointment brings the media entrepreneur and journalist into the campaign’s digital communication structure as preparations continue ahead of the 2027 elections.

Oluwaferanmi is a seasoned media professional with more than 12years of experience in journalism. She has worked as a reporter and photojournalist with City People Magazine and also spent over three years with GoldMyne TV before founding BigAppleTV, where she currently serves as CEO.

Her experience across print, television and digital media is expected to support the campaign council’s efforts in digital communication, online engagement and media publicity across various platforms.

Speaking on the appointment, Oluwaferanmi expressed appreciation to the leadership of the campaign council and the New Media Directorate for the opportunity and confidence reposed in her.

She described the appointment as a responsibility that requires professionalism, creativity and commitment, pledging to deploy her experience in media and digital communication in support of the activities and objectives of the New Media Directorate.

Oluwaferanmi is expected to work alongside other members of the directorate in communicating the campaign’s messages, programmes and activities, including those relating to the APC’s Lagos State governorship candidate, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, and his running mate, Princess Damilola Sonayon-James, ahead of the 2027 elections.
