MTN Hosts NSACC’s Forum, Harps on Intra-African Investments as Path to Continental Growth

As part of the activities marking its 25 years anniversary, MTN Nigeria PLC would be hosting the the August edition of the Nigerian-South Africa Chamber of Commerce (NSACC) Breakfast Forum “Building Local Content Together: 25 Years of Shared Growth.

The NSACC event will emphasise that sustained intra-African investment is the most effective path toward long-term continental growth.

The forum, which is billed to hold tomorrow in Lagos at the Eko Hotel and Suites, will future five prominent Nigerian business leaders across telecommunications, media, tech, and corporate communications.

They will share their firsthand accounts of scaling domestic enterprises in partnership with MTN Nigeria’s platform and supply network.

These business leaders are impressive lineup includes Chief Financial Officer of MTN Nigeria, Modupe Kadri; Founder and CEO of BlackHouse Media (BHM), Mr. Ayeni Adekunle; Group Managing Director of So&U, Mr. Udeme Ufot; Ms. Yemi Chukwurah, CEO, Seams & Stitches, Yemi Chukwurah and Group COO, Computer Warehouse Group (CWG) Mr. Afolabi Sobande.

Their companies have decades of eexperience working with MTN Nigeria, and represent a fraction of the thousands of businesses across the country that have expanded due to their work with Nigeria’s leading telco.

The growth stories from the executives will outline how domestic firms navigated early operational hurdles, adopted international compliance standards, and expanded their market reach by servicing large-scale enterprise demands. Panelists will share concrete strategies on risk management, digital transformation, and talent retention in dynamic economic environments.

The insights to be delivered at the August Breakfast Forum are expected to serve as a practical blueprint for early-stage and expanding African businesses.
